We at Gabriels strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the Products you have received for any reason, Please notify us via email or call our customer care number, within 24 hours of delivery (Whatsapp: +91 8078777170) and the product should be returned with immediate effect.

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery.

1. What is Gabriels Exchange Policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Gabriels Christian Store. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to assist you promptly and efficiently. To ensure a smooth resolution process, we kindly request your cooperation with the following steps:

Please notify us via email or call our customer care number, of receipt of a physically damaged product with photographs within 48 hours of delivery (Whatsapp: +91 8078777170) and the product should be returned with immediate effect.

🔹 Unboxing Video: Prioritize making an unboxing video while opening your parcel. Begin recording from the moment you unwrap the package and continue until you’ve thoroughly inspected the contents. Show any issues or damages clearly in the video.

🔹 Contact Us: Should you encounter any problems such as damage or incorrect items, please reach out to us immediately. We’re here to assist you in resolving the issue swiftly.

🔹 Replacement Guarantee: Rest assured, any items damaged during shipping will be replaced without delay. However, it’s crucial that you provide us with the unboxing video as proof.

🔹 Compulsory Requirement: Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for a product exchange.

🔹 Visible Defects: Ensure that any defects are clearly visible in the unboxing video to expedite the exchange process.

2. How do I send the product back?

You can send it back to us via a cost effective courier company or registered post.

Reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following conditions.

  • Product damaged when received.
  • Product is defective in any way.
3. Will I have to pay for returning the products?

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.

4. I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?

Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of a Gabriels voucher.

5. Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?

Refund will be processed through same mode within maximum of 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order.

6. Where should I send returns?

You can courier the product(s) to Gabriels at the following address:

Please ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with the packaging intact. Once we receive the product(s) within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the original payment source or issue a Gabriels Gift Card for future use.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not recommend using “The Professional Couriers” for self-return as they are unreliable. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ or other reliable courier services.
