  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product should be shipped back within 2 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement.

Eligibility for Exchange

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • A complete unboxing video as proof.

Important Unboxing Video Guidelines

🔹 Start recording before opening the package.

🔹 Continue recording until all contents have been fully inspected.

🔹 Clearly show any damage, defects, or incorrect items received.

🔹 The unboxing video is mandatory for processing exchange requests.

🔹 Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.

Replacement Guarantee

Products damaged during shipping or incorrect products delivered by us will be replaced at no additional cost after verification.

3. How Do I Send the Product Back?

You may return the product through any reliable courier service or via India Post Speed Post.

Reverse pickup will be arranged only under the following conditions:

  • Product received in damaged condition.
  • Product received with manufacturing defects.

For all other return cases, customers are required to arrange the shipment themselves.

4. Will I Have to Pay for Returning the Product?

Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred while returning products.

However, if the return is due to:

  • A damaged product,
  • A defective product, or
  • An incorrect product shipped by us,

we will reimburse the return shipping cost in the form of a Gabriel’s Store Voucher after verification.

5. I Received a Wrong or Defective Product. What Should I Do?

Please contact our customer support team immediately and share:

  • Order details
  • Photographs of the product
  • Unboxing video

After verification, you may return the product using a reliable courier service. Once received and inspected, we will process a replacement or provide reimbursement for the return shipping charges through a Gabriel’s Store Voucher.

6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are generally completed within 10 working days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
